Doorbell places existing calls on hold

We have a GDS Door phone, a UCM6510 and a bunch of GXV3240s.  Latest firmware on all.  The doorphone is configured to call a ring group when someone presses the doorbell.  If anyone is on a call in that ring group it will force their existing call on hold and display the door call.  This is very annoying for the user and the phone call.  How do we disable this?

If you not using multiple answer then call waiting off and this will solve your problem.

Also this happens probably because you set Auto Preview ?
This will hold current call for this function as you set switch audio/video.
If this is off then call will not be interrupted (voice), but screen change to new call instead (video interrupt).
Life is waste of time.

Great.  I have made the adjustments remotely.  I will be on site next week and will advise if that did the trick.
