Grandstream 17xx caller ID error

When you're on a call, and another person calls you, you get no indication of who the second person is on the screen on caller ID, only a flashing light on the second line, meaning that you have to put the first person on hold to ascertain who's calling you. Are there any fixes for this issue?

Hi there,

When there are two active calls on the phone, you can use the arrow keys on the keypad to change line selection and perform various function on the selected line. When you have selected the line with the incoming call it will show the corresponding CID.
