BLF LED Patterns
« on: June 20, 2017, 09:28:18 AM »
Hey there.  New here.  I have a new install of a bunch of GXP2170 phones (on FreePBX 13), some with GXP2200EXT expansion modules.  My users are complaining that some of the extensions they need to monitor via BLF are flashing very often (because they are ringing).  I saw that it was possible to turn off that BLF state on some other phones (Polycom, I believe), but I can't find anywhere to do this on my Grandstream phones, either in the web interface or in the configuration files.  I can see under Settings->LED, there are several different "patterns" available, but ALL of them flash when an incoming call is occuring and I don't seem to be able to configure any of them.

How can I disable the the ringing BLF state for a specific phone?  Furthermore, is there any way to create a custom set of BLF LED patterns?

BLF=Busy Lamp Field

It will always detect status.

If you don't want it to detect status, change it to a Speed DIal.
