ENHANCEMENT: Inbound calls interrupt outbound dialing...

We've received several customer complaints about being interrupted by inbound calls while attempting to dial out.

Not sure what the best way to handle that would be (I can think of a couple), but the phone may need an option to reject a call while the dialing screen is up, or blink the second line with minimal caller id but still allow dialing to continue.

Especially when transferring calls, users may accidentally "reject" inbound calls / answer them when attempting to blind or attended transfer a call away from them.

I like the idea of maybe a blurp of call waiting in the ear, and just blinking the line or some sort of visual, non-intrusive indication only.
