UCM6202 Ldap Sync Error

I've just configured the LDAP sync on Trunk with same setting i.e password and port are the same on the both side, but once I click the sync LDAP option, the first message appears as,

Response received! Start sync LDAP Data Now.

and after a while, the other message appear

Failed to download remote LDAP data.

Please note: the same message appear on both UCM while syncing the LDAP.

Could anybody pls guide for this?

I'm talking about LDAP sync between trunk, pls do share if you have any guideline.

Sorry, I should have picked that up in the first post. Did you also state the outbound rule and the prefix for the remote UCM?
