Caller ID not updated

Caller ID is not updated to reflect Connected Party id.  For example after call transfer. The Base station does not pickup the P-asserted-ID in order to propagate the number of the connected party.

Is this a limitation or a bug?

Hi eemm2sa,

First of all make sure to upgrade your DP750 to latest firmware release, then help to open a ticket on our helpdesk and share with us a packet capture from the base station showing the transfered call, the capture may show us what is wrong on the DP750 and we will make sure to guide you in order to solve the problem.
