I second this.. I have to get our operator to record a string of auto-attendant menus and use the shortcut keys to go to the next page. I've had to prioritize people who get the most frequent calls to the top. A simple directory would even suffice, it seems like the pbx has all that info anyways from the extensions and voice mail greetings/names. Ryan
