Hi

Has anyone got the 3CX softphone working with the 502X?   I seem to be able to get it to register, and I can get the softphone to ring, but cannot pick up the call.

When I try and dial from the softphone I get a server failure message.  I suspect it may be the RTP port, the 3CX defaults to ports 42000 to 42019.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
