Hello, While doing some configuration changes provided by my VoIP provider with regards to voicemail access and so forth, I had to upgrade my HT503 firmware (10.0.0.15), as indicated in your website. After putting the server IP address for TFTP and rebooting, I can not access the device configuration by phone (***) or the assigned IP address. It is simply not responding. I have tried hard resetting twice and rebooting but with no success. Keep in mind that the device is still working and I can make and receive calls with no issues so far. Please provide me with any assistance to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance... EW
