How can i use this button on GXP-2010 or GXP-2020 ? Can i configure it? In this version (Program-- 1.1.6.37    Bootloader-- 1.1.6.6)

  • To access voicemail on GXE502X go to web UI of GXP and click on account 1.
  • find the field "Voice Mail User ID" and enter *99
  • Submit and reset GXP.
  • The button will now give you access to the voice mail IVR which will ask you for user and pwd.
  • If you are using Asterisk or Trixbox use the Code to acces voice mail for these systems.
  • Repeat for any other configured account on the GXP.

hi vasyd, is possible to route directly to voice account mailbox without passtrough voice account request? I've try to configure on gxp with *99*idnumber, but redirect always to voice mailbox request :( thx Roberto

Not possible as far as I know (tried it every which way but couldn't get it to work). You can shortcut the VM IVR by only pressing # when you are asked for the vm mailbox no. But you still need to put in the VM password.
