Install Language Pack

I need install Language Pack (italian) on a GXP-2000 with this firmware level:Program-- 1.1.4.18    Bootloader-- 1.1.4.6Phone is attached to Epygi IP-PBX. One TFTP Server is available on Windows Server. I put 'gxp.lpf' on it.Loggin on GXP i set 'Firmware Server Path' with IP address of my TFTP Server, 'Automatic Upgrade' set to 'yes', 'Always Check for New Firmware' is set too. Reboot GXP all fields are empty and none language than 'English' is available. Someone can help me?

Only gxp.lpf is not enough. For example, if you need install French, you need to load both gxp.lpf and french.txt to the phone. GrandStream has released firmware 1.1.6.37, why don't you upgrade it?

guy,du you set the the tftp server directory as the file's on PC .... BESIDES you can set Option 66  to no/yes  ,have a try?
