Hi folks,I've just got my old Grandstream out o fthe box for a bit of simple testing - it's all powered up and seems to be working fine.The ITSP I'm trying to test with has an auto config option, just setup their TFTP address and reboot! Well that doesn't work, so I'd like to Factory Reset the unit and try again.I'm hitting Menu, shifting to --rESEt-- and entering the 12 digit MAC and then pressing Menu again.... then nothing happens! I've tried this with and without the LAN connection.. no difference. I can only assume the Factory Reset option on my firmware is different?The current software is;Product Model:   BT100 REV 2.0Software Version:   Program-- 1.0.8.33    Bootloader-- 1.1.0.1    HTML-- 1.0.8.33    VOC-- 1.0.1.0Anyone got any clues?Thanks in advance for your suggestion.Chat soon.
