Why? Hi everebody of forum! I need some help to setup the Grandstream HandyTone HT-502 ATA. I already create my account on Broadvoice Voip provider and I check my account data, everything is ok! I was trying to use by the first time this device I did not obtain to configure the refered ATA. I had success in having access by IP address with browser "STATUS" and "BASIC SETTINGS" options. I used the default password "123" and right done! But when I use the another password "admin" to select "ADVANCED SETTINGS" or "FXS PORT1" options, the device not reconize this password and show a message like: "Sorry this password in not recognized" (I didn't remember the correctly words...) I already proceed how explain the user's guide (manual) and reset up more of three times to restore default factory data. However this problem continues... and can't configure the device to use. I need some help to setup my Grandstream device. Solutions are very welcome!
