Configure: Forwardcall to PSTN

If I connect a PSTN line to FXO port, I can hear One ring only and then a dial tone. As of now I have to unplug the PSTN line from the unit so that I can receive call. My wife is in the USA and I am in the Philippines. When she calls me and I am not home, she forwards the call to a landline where I am located. I think this forwarding feature is using the socket marked "Line" (FXO Port) but if I connect the line into this port, the unit does not work right anymore. Please take a look on the screenshots and may be you can help me figure out the problem with the configurations or settings. Thanks a lot.
