I've downloaded the 1.0.1.10 when it was a beta. Is the official 1.0.1.10 exactly the same version? With current (beta?) version, I'm experiencing problems that appeared after upgrading from 1.0.1.2, such as bad voice quality and  device hung (somehow connected to T38). Also flash-hook relay apparently is not there.  Any suggestion?

I'm trying to upgrade to 1.0.1.10, and I get the following on syslog:Oct 28 15:54:05 static-host GS_LOG: [000][FF50][01000108] Grandstream GXW4104 1.0.1.8 1.1.3.2 Oct 28 15:54:08 static-host GS_LOG: [721][FF50][01000108] No configuration server is configured, skipping cfg downloadOct 28 15:54:08 static-host GS_LOG: [000][FF50][01000108] Abort: Same as stored GET /fw/boot64b.binOct 28 15:54:11 static-host GS_LOG: [701][FF50][01000108] ERROR Failed to write firmware /fw/gxw4100b.bin to Flash: Data MD5 fail(4105)Oct 28 15:54:12 static-host GS_LOG: [701][FF50][01000108] ERROR Failed to write firmware /fw/load64b.bin to Flash: Data MD5 fail(4105) It only happens with one of my 4104's, so there is definitely no data corruption. Anybody else having this problem?  gssupport, what can I do?

just reporting I got the following reply from GS support<<The official 1.0.1.10 should be the same as the one in BETATEST. Whenever the firmware passed BETA, it will become Official. Try to factory reset the box and upgrade again to see wether it works. Or press the RESET PIN and hold it, power on the box then release the hold after 6 seconds to see whether the box get flashed. >>I've reset the device and restored the configuration. I'll keep it under test with full debug on..

Texanact had this suggestion that helped me upgrade my firmware when I was having the same issue it was also later suggested to me by grandstream tech support. Here is what he said. --I got the same problems and GS support suggested the steps: setup the http or tftp server properly. than turn off the device. after that to push the factory reset button of gw and power on the device. release the button after couple of seconds and than it should be downloading the firmware through some load64 and than wait till the update is done completely. Power cycle the device and it should be ready with beta firmware. Also they said that the 1-8 leds on gw would be ON when its writing the firmware so donot turn off the device thinking it has frozen. It worked for me so hope it works for all of you. Thanks. --texanact
