I have a problem with my HandyTone 286.  Whenever I try to access the menu prompt I get the error message e102e103e.  I can't access the configuration website to allow me to change any settings on the device as the browser simply can't find the page.  I can access the menu if I press # or * on the phone after the initial **, but it tells me that the IP address is 000.000.000.000 and when I try to change to static ID from dynamic it will allow me to but it won't allow me to manually input the IP address.  Restoring the factory default setting with 99 has no effect either.  Can anyone help please?
