Control over IVR and recorded prompt volume levels

Currently there is no control over IVR prompt volume levels or recorded prompts for Auto Attendant or voice mail name and personal greeting. The system IVR prompts are louder than the recorded prompts. This is true for recorded voice mail messages as well - they are lower volume than the voice mail box prompts. Allowing some form of volume control to better balance the volume of these recordings would improve quality. These should be only overall system configuration settings and not necessarily features that users can control.We have observed that the system prompts are so loud they appear to be clipping at the phones (using GXE5028 with GXP2010 phones).
