Need feature for caller to leave a voice mail without calling directly to extension. i.e. caller can press *xx and then be prompted for extension. When extensioin is entered, caller would hear extension's personal greeting and be able to leave message.This goes along with other wish list items already recorded for allowing *99 to work as *99*xxx so phones can program message button to go directly to voice mail for an extension. Also, when calling extension from own phone, call should go to voice mail.A typical setup is to have *99 go to voice mail extension that plays the greating for the voice mail box and the caller has the option to "*" (star) out of the prompt and be prompted for the pin of the voice mail box. The default for *99 is then to leave a voice mail and if * is pressed then can retrieve voice mail.
