Wether i can use IP phones as an Ordinary telephone?

I am having IP Phones like BT-(100,200), GXV-3000, GXP-(1200,2000,2020) can i use these phones as Ordinary telephone? And one more thing  i am having HT-(386,488,502), GXW-(4008.4104) and an IP-PBX also. if possible Plz tell me the connectivity.
