How to configure SIP account on 3cx
« on: August 12, 2009, 04:26:25 AM »
Hello everyone!!!I have a big problem with my 2 phones gxv 3140. I update the firmware by the grandstream server before writing this post.
My pb is that i have a 3cx and the registration seem strange. I had to broke all the configuration of the phones to see the phones registred on 5060 port on my 3cx. The pb that I have is that I can be call by an other extension of 3cx but when I dial from Gxv 3140, my call is established and the phone doesn\'t see it. On the log of my 3cx i have this:

13:23:00.160 [MS105000] C:126.1: No RTP packets were received:remoteAddr=192.168.92.155:5004,extAddr=0.0.0.0:0,localAddr=192.168.92.23:7490

 Hi,

You can submit a ticket to Grandstream support on their ticketing system ( http://esupport.grandstream.com/support/customerportal/login.php) so that the engineers will be able to troubleshoot this issue. If you are able to capture traces on your network using a network sniffer tool, that would also be very helpful.

 Hi Tekilatex,

Were you able to get the problem solved? For me, GXV3140 is interoperable with my 3CX server. I was able to make basic video calls, transfer, conference with the phones with no problems.
