While I can appreciate that you are trying to enhance with the new Missed Call info screen, it is a bit annoying.
Please make it configurable to enable or disable, or at least make it timeout and dismiss automatically with the screen idle settings.
This is VERY apparent if you are using ring groups and the call is answered elsewhere.
It still marks it as a missed call so that info screen is constantly showing.
We will make the missed call info pop up configurable, but auto time-out will defeat the purpose for those who needs this--primarily they want a clear and can't-miss-it reminder that they have new missed calls when they return to their desk either from a bathroom break or a long weekend.
Calls answered elsewhere from ring groups should typically be including a "Reason" header if the PBX does it correctly and GXP will not count it as missed calls.
Manually rejected calls counts as missed calls, but should not count as a "New" missed call that triggers the pop up, we will fix this.
